Instructions
Only fill out the sieve sizes that you have information for. Leave the other sieve sizes blank.
Fill out one material at a time using the % Passing column fields. Please make sure to add the details to the correct sieve size and double-check your work.
When complete the Total % Retained field at the bottom of the form should equal 100. If it doesn't equal 100 please double-check the details you entered.
Sieve Sizes highlighted in green are typically used in the USA (imperial) and sieve sizes highlighted in blue are typically used outside the USA (metric).
Use the "Add New Material" button to add a new material.
When all materials are added, use the "Export intake workbook" button to download a .xlsx file and email that to fja@sirewall.com.
